The binding agreement for individuals who choose to participate in the LucrumBot Referral Program
You acknowledge and agree to this Referral Program Agreement which is also incorporated by reference in the Company's Terms of Use:

The Company offers a Referral Rewards Program ("the Program") to reward our valued users for referring new customers to our platform. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
Eligibility
All registered users to the Website are eligible to participate in the Referral Rewards Program. Qualifying referrals must be individuals who are not currently registered users of the Website and who have not previously been referred by another user.
Earning Referral Rewards
To earn a referral reward, the referring user (referrer) must share their unique referral link or code with the individual being referred (referee). When a referee signs up and meets the Program's requirements, both the referrer and the referee may be eligible for the referral reward, as specified by the Program. The specific details of the referral rewards, such as the amount, form of rewards, and eligibility criteria, may be subject to change at our discretion. Referral rewards will be applied to the referrer's account in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth by the Program. Once a referrer has earned a qualifying reward, you'll be eligible to withdraw your rewards.
Program Guidelines
Referrers must not engage in any deceptive or unethical practices to obtain referrals. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, misrepresenting our platform or services, or engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. Referrers are responsible for ensuring that their referrals use the unique referral link or code during the sign-up process to track and attribute the referral accurately. Referrals generated through fraudulent or unauthorized means will not be eligible for referral rewards, and we reserve the right to disqualify and take appropriate action against any user engaging in such activities. Referral rewards are non-transferable, and they cannot be exchanged for any other form of compensation unless explicitly stated in the Program's terms and conditions.
Modification and Termination
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. Any modifications or updates to the Program will be effective upon posting the revised terms on our Website. Referral rewards earned before the modification or termination of the Program will be honored in accordance with the terms and conditions that were in effect at the time of earning.
Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any errors, delays, or disruptions in the tracking, attribution, or delivery of referral rewards, including but not limited to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or user error. In no event shall we be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the Referral Rewards Program.

To qualify for your reward, your referral must maintain a paid membership for at least 90 days. Your bonus will be issued 90 days after their plan begins.
How do I track the status of my referrals?
Monitor your rewards in the Settings section, where you can see your total earnings, payout amounts, and any pending payments.

Log into your account, go to the Referrals section in Settings, and copy your unique referral code to share with your friends.
Is there a limit on the number of referrals I can make?
There’s no cap on how many referrals you can make or how much you can earn. The more friends you refer, the more you’ll earn!
Do I need to have an active membership to refer friends?
Yes, you need an active LucrumBot account to access your Settings and obtain your unique referral link.
Who is eligible to use my referral code?
Refer any friend who isn’t already a paid LucrumBot member. To earn the reward bonus, you must have an active paid membership yourself.
What can I say to get sign up referrals?
We invite you to share your positive LucrumBot experience with friends, family, colleagues, and fellow traders. However, please refrain from misleading, exaggerating, or falsifying your trading performance to attract referrals.
